Best295tees.com is a division of ArtBeat, Inc. of Lewiston, Idaho. We have been in the business of printing t-shirts for nearly 20 years. Our experience in graphic art design, screen printing and customer service ensures you will get the product you want and at a price you can afford. We are a supplier of garments for large car shows across the nation, as well as national companies such as PPG Automotive Finishes and Meineke Car Care Centers. We have been seen in national magazines like HotRod, Road & Track, Motor Trend, Johnson Smith Co. and Things You Never Knew Existed.

OUR AMAZING T-SHIRT DEALS

We try to make our printing deals simple and without any hidden costs. "No surprises" is our goal. Our price includes a name brand, heavy weight 5.3oz, 100% cotton preshrunk t-shirt. All screens and set up charges, ink and printing cost are also included in the price. We only use the highest quality of screen printing plastisol ink and it is not "thinned down". The price you are quoted is the price you will pay. Yes, it is true... we will print your shirts for as low as $2.95 each.

MINIMUM SHIRT ORDER

Our t-shirt deals require a minimum of 432 shirts (36 doz.) and for an even sweeter price our 1080 minimum shirts deal (90 doz). We will print smaller quantities but, unfortunately, not at the same price as our packages. The smallest number of shirts we will print is 144 (12 doz). Call us to get a price quote on the smaller orders. For shirts orders under 144, call ArtBeat, Inc. at 1-800-578-2328. They will gladly print your smaller orders and their prices are very reasonable.

ADDITIONAL PRINT LOCATIONS

In addition to the main print design, we can print multiple locations on a shirt. For each additional location, we charge $0.75. That price includes a one-color print on 144 shirts, two-color print on 288 shirts, three-color print on 432 shirts, four color print on 576 shirts and up to an eight-color print on 1080 shirts. For additional ink colors, add $0.15 per color, per shirt (up to 8-color). Some locations may require an up charge. Call us for details.

MIXING GARMENT TYPES AND COLORS IN AN ORDER

We can print your design on any type of garment* as long as the print is exactly the same on all garments. We may not, however, be able to print your design on any color of garment. You will need to call and talk to us about that. We can tell you if it will work or not. Some garments to consider adding to your order are tank tops, sweat shirts, polo shirts and ladies tees or tanks.

*Garments must be cotton or cotton blend. We cannot print over buttons, pockets or some zippers.

LARGER AND TALL SIZED SHIRTS

All of our price quotes are for sizes adult small through xlarge. We can provide shirts sizes up to 6XL. Please add $1.25 per shirt for sizes 2XL - 3XL and an additional $0.50 for each additional X-Size up to 6XL. Please call for pricing on Tall Sized Shirts.

T-SHIRT OPTIONS

Our t-shirt package prices include a name brand, 100% heavy weight 5.3oz cotton t-shirt. You can upgrade to a name brand Ultra-weight 6.1oz, 100% cotton t-shirt for only $0.25 per shirt. We carry most of the major brands and the famous Hanes Beefy-T. Call for pricing as these shirt prices can fluctuate through the year.

PAYMENT TERMS

We try to make this very simple and as painless as possible. You will know exactly what your final total will be before we start your job. We require a credit card number at the beginning of the job. A 50% deposit will be charged to your card before any work begins and the balance charged when the order is shipped. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover for payment. You can also pay by Money Order or Cashier's Check. We require a 50% deposit received before we begin any part of the job and the balance must be received before shipping. We do not accept personal checks or American Express Credit Cards. Any out-of-the-country orders placed on a credit card will be verified against identity theft before any part of the job is started.

TURNAROUND TIME

Orders are printed and shipped within 7-15 working days after final artwork approval. That may vary at certain times of the year due to heavy print volumes. We will provide you an exact print and delivery date.

RUSH ORDERS

Yes, we do rush orders. You will need to provide an "in hand date" and we will do our best to meet your request. Please keep in mind that we also have many other orders that are date sensitive. Call for rush order pricing.

REORDERS

Reorders will be priced out based on the number of shirts being reordered. Call for pricing as reorders may not get the same pricing as the original order. Please allow 7 - 10 working days on all reorders to ship. Reorders are under the same payment terms as the original order.

ARTWORK

Artwork turnaround time may depend on what type of artwork is required. Call for current artwork scheduling. Artwork labor is calculated into our T-Shirt package deals as follows. Any additional artwork time will be charged out $40 per half hour.

• $2.95 package - Customer provided artwork. Any artwork time on our part, including color separations will be charged to our customer.
• $3.45 package - selecting one of our stock designs. Includes one-hour of artwork labor to modify text and add basic personalized elements. Also includes color separations and films.
• $3.95 package - Custom Designed Basic Logo. Includes three-hours of artwork labor, color separations and films.
• $4.95 and $5.95 packages - Premium Custom Artwork Design. Includes the needed artwork labor to create the premium design you are wanting. Customer is responsible for communicating all desired elements of the design, including but not limited photos, text, fonts, etc., before artwork begins. Artwork proofs will be sent in three stages: (1)Black/White line art, (2) colored and (3)final. Minor changes to the design are expected. Major changes may require additional artwork labor charges.

ARTWORK OWNERSHIP

When you pay for artwork labor, you are paying for the time it takes to create an image to be printed on t-shirts. You are not purchasing the actual artwork, only the printed shirts. Best295Tees and ArtBeat, Inc. retain sole rights and ownership for all artwork created by their artists. If you want to purchase sole ownership of the artwork, you can call us for details and pricing. If you would like to use the artwork on printed paper promotional materials, dash plaques or other non-textile printing, contact us for written permission. Artwork created and provided by Best295Tees and ArtBeat, Inc. cannot be reproduced in any way without written permission.

SHIPPING

• Drop Shipping: We will drop ship your shirt order up to four locations at no additional charge, only shipping.
• UPS Account Number: You use UPS exclusively for our shipping. If you have a UPS account, you are welcome to supply us with your account number and have your account billed directly.
• Pick Up or Alternative Shipping: You are welcome to make arrangements for pickup or an alternative form of shipping. However, all orders must be picked by customer or shipper within 48 hours after printing or there will be a storage charge of $5.00 per case/per day, including weekends.
