Artwork Submission Info

If you already have artwork and you need to sumbit it to us:
We'll be happy to set up your own artwork and get it printed for you. Here are our artwork requirements for customer supplied art.

Part One: Artwork formats

Artwork must be submitted in one of the two formats:

• Vector-based file from CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator
  • Color separations completed where applicable
  • Supply all fonts or convert text to curves
  • Special effects, such as transparency, bevels, etc., may require modifications with artwork fees
  • All colors must be specified by pantone number
• Raster base file from Adobe PhotoShop, Paint Shop Pro, Photo Paint, etc.
  • Artwork must be created full size at 250 - 300 dpi
  • Color separations provided in layers or channels
  • All colors must be specified by pantone number

Part Two: File submission

How to submit artwork

• Artwork files under 15 MB can be sent as an email attachment to: abjesse@lewiston.com
• If your artwork is over 15 MB, you can send it in a .zip archive too. Call us if you have questions
• Mail artwork file on a CD or DVD to:
